As a passionate prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher and Hypnobirthing childbirth educator, I draw from my own birth experiences as a mother of two little girls to guide women through the transformative journey of birth and into motherhood.
My mission? To empower you with the knowledge and tools to navigate labor confidently, so you can create the positive birth experience you deserve. Teaching pregnant women how to overcome fear and anxiety around childbirth. My approach is fun and interactive, covering everything from the stages of labor to advocacy, ensuring you’re well-prepared to make informed choices for yourself and your baby.

Hypnobirthing is a childbirth method that focuses on using relaxation, visualization, and practical techniques and tools to help women manage pain and fear during labor and birth. It aims to empower women to have a more calm and comfortable birth experience.

I offer group classes that offer a lot of interaction and evolve to the groups needs. I also offer private 1-2-1 tailored services that can meet your specific needs and circumstances. If you’re curious but unsure, let’s chat about your concerns and see if we’re a good fit!

Investing in your birth preparation and experience is crucial. Just as you would for a wedding or other significant life event, or even training for a marathon - this is a moment worth prioritizing and preparing for. I offer a range of courses to accommodate different budgets . If cost if holding you back from coming to class please reach and we can discuss some options.

The complete course is well worth it if times allows but for those who need a shorter version - perhaps you’re here near the end pf your pregnancy? I also offer shorter private courses and power hours for those with busy schedules, ensuring you receive valuable support without overwhelming time commitments.
Outside of class, Hypnobirthing techniques and tracks should be practiced each day - but only takes 5-10minutes.
Like most things the more you put in, the more you get out of it.

Honestly, the sooner the better! But around 20 weeks is ideal if I had to pick a week. That way you have time to figure out what works for you, advocate for your choices and practice the tools and techniques that feel good to you - also with your birth partner.
